About the Role

We are looking for a confident, creative and outgoing Marketing & Content Creator Intern to join our growing food brand team.

This is not a typical desk-only marketing internship.

You will be involved in creating real content for our brands, appearing in TikTok / Reels videos, supporting social media campaigns, and participating in local and overseas food exhibitions.

If you enjoy TikTok, filming, talking in front of the camera, food content and social media, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Create and appear in TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form videos
• Develop creative content ideas based on current TikTok / social media trends
• Write simple scripts, hooks and captions for short-form content
• Assist with filming, editing and publishing social media content
• Edit videos using CapCut or other video editing tools
• Take product photos and short videos for marketing purposes
• Assist in managing TikTok and Instagram content calendars
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements

Brand Marketing

• Support marketing campaigns for our food brands
• Help create product-focused and lifestyle content
• Participate in product launches, promotions and online campaigns
• Assist with KOL / influencer collaboration and product seeding
• Research current food, lifestyle and TikTok trends
• Help develop content that connects with Malaysian consumers

Events & Exhibitions

• Assist during food exhibitions and promotional events
• Create behind-the-scenes and event content
• Interview visitors / customers and create social media content
• Support overseas exhibition activities when required

Occasional local and overseas travel may be required for exhibitions and marketing activities.Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Business, Communications or related fields
• Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram and social media content creation
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Confident and natural when speaking
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Creative and able to generate new content ideas
• Basic knowledge of CapCut / Canva / TikTok editing tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to participate in events and promotional activities
• Willing and able to travel for local and overseas exhibitions
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn

Added Advantage

• Has own TikTok / Instagram content or portfolio
• Previous experience creating TikTok / Reels content
• Comfortable doing product reviews or talking-to-camera videos
• Experience with TikTok Shop / social commerce
• Basic photography / videography skills
• Familiar with current Malaysian TikTok trends
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Has a valid passport and is able to travel overseas
