Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Officer

Location: Ang Mo Kio TechPlace
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely customer service by handling enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests, concerns and escalations.

• Proactively update customers and senior management on order and shipment status, potential risks and recommended solutions.

• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolution of customer issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments and senior management.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including customer reports and operational records.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, sales support, order fulfilment or customer support.

• Experience in the machinery, equipment or technical services industry will be an added advantage.

• Able to provide support after office hours when required for urgent customer matters.
