Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Photocopyand distribute documents as necessary
- Locate andextract file information as requested
- Maintainvarious internal records and produce reports summarizing data as required fromtime to time
- Enter filedata onto a computer and other storage media as necessary
- Maintain anindexing and cross-referencing system
- Maintaindaily usage of QC dept gloves, finger cots, hair nets & face masks
- Maintaininventory of QC cleanroom smocks and shoes
- Maintaininventory of QC forms, labels & stickers
- Assist QCsupervisor on smock & shoes cleaning schedule
- Perform anyother related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor
- Secondaryeducation or equivalent
- PC Literacy (Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Internet / Email / Nil /Others)
