Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Plan and produce short-form video and static posts for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook using clear scripts and shot lists.
• Edit short videos and reels with captions, sound design and basic motion to fit platform formats.
• Create on-brand captions, hooks and simple visual assets using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Manage a simple content calendar to keep posts consistent and timely.

Channel Management & Community

• Publish content, schedule posts and respond to basic comments and messages to keep community engagement healthy.
• Help moderate conversations and flag feedback or opportunities to the marketing lead.
• Test format variations and report what grows reach or saves time.
• Assist with small paid-boost experiments under guidance.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Track weekly performance metrics and turn data into short, clear summaries for the team.
• Work with designers, copywriters and account managers to deliver campaigns on time.
• Support brainstorming sessions with trend research and content ideas.
• Maintain organized asset files and version control for easy handover.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 years of professional experience is acceptable; internships or personal projects count.
• Portfolio or links to social posts, videos or campaigns that show your creative thinking.
• Available to work full-time and collaborate with a small, fast-learning team.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook content best practices.
• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Competence with Canva and basic graphic layout for social posts.
• Familiarity with social analytics and basic KPI tracking like reach, engagement and retention.

• Strong written communication, with a knack for short, attention-grabbing copy.
