We are looking for a Catering & Pantry Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily on-site catering and pantry operations at our client’s premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily catering, pantry and service operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Manage crew deployment, attendance, grooming, hygiene and service standards.
• Ensure food, beverages and pantry items are properly set up, replenished and maintained throughout operations.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment condition and overall workplace hygiene.
• Coordinate closely with Central Kitchen, Logistics, QA and Client PIC on daily operational requirements.
• Manage stock, consumables and pantry inventory and report shortages promptly.
• Handle on-site operational issues, client requests and service recovery when required.
• Maintain required daily records, checklists and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with Halal, ISO 22000, food safety and company SOPs.

Requirements

• Experience in catering, F&B, hospitality, banquet or pantry operations.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage staff and communicate professionally with clients.
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene practices.
• Comfortable working full-time at the client site.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
