Location: Jaya One, Petaling Jaya

Salary: RM2,300–RM4,800 (based on experience)

Job Scope:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly attitude
• Manage appointments and patient registrations
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Handle billing, payments, and daily cash collection
• Maintain patient records and clinic administration
• Coordinate with dentists and the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Friendly, responsible, and well-organized
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work well in a team
• Basic computer skills
• Experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
