Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop quality human resources services to line management on recruitment, benefits administration and staff case management
• Perform business partner role to provide professional advice to line managers on manpower resourcing and staff deployment for ensuring smooth implementation of change programmes
• Support policy formulation, review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance and corporate governance
• Prepare statistics and reports to facilitate management review and decision
• Undertake HR projects and transformation initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Sound knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Good communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to think proactively and work under tight schedule independently

Remarks

• Candidates with less experiences / lower qualification will be considered for the Human Resources Executive position
