Asia Infrastructure Solutions Hiring! Full Time Executive MEP Quantity Surveyor- Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor in - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the cost and commercial aspects of MEP works throughout the project lifecycle, including cost planning, tendering, procurement, contract administration and construction cost control.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, cost reports, valuations, variation assessments and final accounts.
• Support contractor procurement activities, including tender evaluation and commercial assessments.
• Administer change control processes and monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Work collaboratively with project teams and cost consultants across multiple projects to support successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years’ QS experience in Singapore for the Executive MEP QS role, and 10 years for the Senior MEP QS role. Position title will be commensurate with relevant experience and capability.
• Experience in cost consultancy would be an advantage.
• Singapore-based or Singaporean preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Attributes:

• RICS or SISV qualification would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM, CostX, Glodon and other cost management software.
• Experience working with international stakeholders would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Capital Allowances, Capex planning, Lifecycle Costing (LCC) and Due Diligence reporting.
• Ability to provide full cost management services for both builders’ works and MEP works.
