Contract Duration

This position is offered on a 6-month contract basis to support the Offshore Business Division’s Project Management capability development initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Project Management competency framework and proficiency standards.
• Conduct competency mapping, capability gap assessments, and workforce analysis.
• Design learning pathways and recommend suitable development interventions.
• Develop capability dashboards and progress-tracking mechanisms.
• Facilitate workshops and engage HRBPs, business leaders, function heads, SMEs, and People Capability teams.
• Coordinate project workstreams and ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones.

Expected Deliverables

• Project Management competency framework and skills architecture.
• Competency assessment and gap analysis report.
• Capability development roadmap and intervention plan.
• Learning pathways and development recommendations.
• Capability dashboard and progress-tracking reports.
• Final sustainability and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in talent management, competency development, learning and development, organisational development, or workforce capability planning.
• Strong experience in developing competency frameworks and conducting capability gap assessments.
• Good understanding of Project Management competencies and learning interventions.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in the offshore, energy, maritime, or oil and gas industry would be an advantage.
