We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall day-to-day café operations
- Lead, supervise and train outlet staff
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
- Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and service standards
- Monitor sales and work towards outlet targets
- Manage stock ordering, inventory, cost control and wastage
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation
- Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene and safety standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs
- Provide regular outlet performance updates to management
- F&B, café or restaurant experience preferred
- Supervisory or management experience is an advantage
- Responsible, hands-on and able to lead a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
