As a Information Technology Support Engineer you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serve as the primary Singapore-based IT support contact, handling, prioritizing, resolving, and closing incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) via email, chat, phone, or face-to-face support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and printing issues across both Windows and macOS environments.
• Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding by provisioning accounts, configuring laptops, and managing access to Salesforce, email, and other business applications.
• Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base-documentation for common issues and solutions, promoting self-service and improving support efficiency.
• Manage user accounts within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) enrolment, and security group administration.
• Perform Salesforce user administration by creating and managing user accounts, updating data fields, assigning profiles and permission sets, resetting user access, and providing first-line application support while escalating advanced configuration or development requests to the Sales force team.
• Provide support and maintenance for meeting room technology, audiovisual equipment, and office network infrastructure to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and respond to routine infrastructure alerts generated by Azure and endpoint management platforms, resolving standard issues independently and escalating only complex or high-risk incidents.
• Manage endpoint patching and software deployment processes, ensuring devices remain up to date and compliant with security baselines established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Engineer.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets, software licences, warranty details, and inventory to support operational and audit requirements.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain IT audit evidence, user access reviews, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Promote and enforce IT security best practices by supporting data protection, access management, periodic access reviews, and the timely escalation of security incidents.
• Liaise with external vendors to coordinate hardware repairs, warranty services, equipment procurement, and other IT-related support activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
