At Pristine Dental Centre, our Patient Care Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring patients receive a high standard of care while keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This dynamic role combines people skills, organisation, technology, communication and coordination in a modern, digitally driven dental practice.

What You'll Do?

Coordinate complex patient appointment schedules efficiently using clinic software Utilise multiple digital systems to support daily clinic operations. Work closely with dentists and the clinical team to ensure smooth workflows. Provide attentive, professional service to patients throughout their experience with us. Manage multiple priorities, respond to changes and resolve day-to-day scheduling challenges effectively.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

* Experienced in managing complex, high-volume patient appointment schedules within a busy healthcare environment, including schedule changes, cancellations and competing priorities.

* Digitally savvy with the ability to quickly master new software systems. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. An excellent interpersonal communicator who is confident and professional when dealing with patients.

Professional, approachable and well-presented. Proficient in spoken and written English.

Willing to work weekends and shifts ending at 09:00 pm.

Salary RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability) Successful candidates will begin with a paid one-month structured training period.

Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the requirements of the role will then progress to a three-month probationary period.
