We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Intern to join NA Master Resources and support HR activities across our different business units, including printing, retail and café operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and internship applications
• Screen resumes and organise candidate information
• Assist in arranging interviews and communicating with candidates
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with attendance, leave and staff records
• Prepare HR documents and reports
• Assist with onboarding and staff administration
• Support other HR-related tasks when required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: RM399.00 - RM400.00 per month
