Job responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing project scope, schedules and budgets from conception to completion

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution

• Prepare and review technical documents such as drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance

• Support procurement processes including material selection and technical evaluation

• Attend site meetings and prepare progress documentation to resolve technical and coordination issues

• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including cost, time and quality

• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered for junior roles

• Experience in construction and project management is an added advantage

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Proven experience in project planning, design, and execution

• Willingness to travel or be stationed at project sites

• Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations (e.g. CIDB, OSHA)

• Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation is an advantage
