Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and backend systems. The successful candidate will work on fintech and enterprise applications, developinghigh-performance solutions using Java, microservices, cloud technologies, and database platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Cloud and related technologies.
• Develop scalable microservices and distributed systems supporting high availability and high-concurrency environments.
• Design and develop APIs and backend services for financial and enterprise applications.
• Integrate and manage SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Develop solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Jenkins and Git.
• Conduct application testing, debugging, code reviews and performance optimisation.
• Implement caching, messaging and distributed processing solutions to improve application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, application interfaces and development standards.
• Troubleshoot production and application issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Continuously improve software quality, scalability, security and reliability.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring/Spring Cloud.
• Experience developing microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL and NoSQL technologies such as Redis and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Git and automated deployment.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fintech, payment, trading or other high-volume transaction systems will be advantageous.
