Key Accountabilities

The ideal candidate is to assist the Commercial Team with evaluations of commercial proposals by conducting economic analysis. This position is ideally suited for people who would like to influence decision making and project management in the company by delivering high quality analysis to tight deadlines. There are often demands for quality and in-depth analysis at short notice. Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct block/asset evaluations by calculating economics for the project.
2. Conduct economic, commercial and risk analysis to support business decisions.
3. Identify risks associated with enabling agreements, transactions and other contracts.
4. Devise strategic plans to maximize asset value.
5. Work with other departments to identify and resolve commercial issues that may have impact on projects.
6. Report results on analysis and evaluation to various departments and Company's Headquarters.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and/or Accounting or Finance or an equivalent practical experience is required.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
3. Knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas industry.
4. Experience in building economic models is advantageous.
5. Advanced excel and power point skills.
6. Good interpersonal skill, able to work in a team and able to communicate well with internal department.
