Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Sales Engineer to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the semiconductor, cleanroom, and industrial sectors while building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored engineering and construction solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from quotations, tenders, and negotiations to project awards, while coordinating with internal teams, providing after-sales support, and monitoring market trends to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor, cleanroom, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering and construction solutions.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and project discussions.
• Coordinate with the Engineering, Project, and Procurement teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure project awards.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for Management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses and effective after sales support.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business development activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor, M&E, construction, or industrial engineering industry.
• Good understanding of semiconductor facilities, cleanroom construction, or M&E engineering is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
