Job Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end material flow to ensure stable supply, accurate planning, and efficient inventory control to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on delivery assurance, supplier coordination, and material availability while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material delivery and stable supply to production.
• Manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and price accuracy.
• Monitor market supply conditions and support procurement strategy updates.
• Conduct supplier capacity evaluation and planning.
• Adjust delivery schedules based on demand changes.
• Manage raw material inventory and control excess stock.
• Handle abnormal incoming materials with suppliers and quality teams.
• Support resolution of defective materials and supplier corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement or material management.
• Experience in new energy or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
