What The Role Is

You support the driving of service transformation efforts across the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN), co-developing solutions with domain stakeholders to enhance service delivery standards and improve the lived experience of RSN personnel.

What You Will Be Working On

• Implement service transformation efforts based on identified service gaps
• Forge close working partnerships to incorporate Quality Service (QS) initiatives within RSN
• Function as the secondary point-of-contact for all service delivery matters in the RSN, covering the full spectrum of HR services
• Support the implementation of training and development plans for the RSN QS community to build capabilities that enhance service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Develop data analytics tools to analyse mutually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with domain leads
• Identify service gaps and present findings in a clear and accessible manner using tools such as Power BI
• Execute the end-to-end conduct of the biennial RSN QS Perception Survey, including publicity outreach, data collection, results analysis and the development of new QS initiatives
• Manage the RSN QS Workplan as part of the Secretariat
  
  Challenge(s)
• Navigating a wide scope of service transformation efforts, requiring the ability to forge effective working relationships across multiple domains to help bridge service delivery gaps
• Presenting large volumes of data in a clear and simplified manner that domain owners can readily interpret and apply
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Human Resource or Service Delivery is preferred
• Prior experience in the HR discipline with demonstrated experience in survey conducts and data analysis is preferred
• Familiarity with HR systems and working knowledge of HR and Logistics policies and guidelines is advantageous
• Good data analysis skills to sieve out meaningful insights
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Good sense of reliability and accountability
