Role Summary

The Regional Supervisor is the on-the-ground leader responsible for managing cleaning crews across assigned client sites within their region. They ensure service delivery meets company SOPs and client expectations, manage day-to-day crew welfare and discipline, and serve as the primary client contact for their assigned sites.

Scope of Work

• Day-to-day supervision of cleaning crews at assigned client sites
• Client liaison and relationship management for assigned accounts
• Daily, weekly and monthly report management
• Site-level task planning and management using system (Hash Micro)
• Site-level quality control and SOP compliance
• Crew welfare, discipline, and minor HR matters at site level
• Equipment and supply monitoring at site level

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard as per the client's scope of work and company SOPs
• Conduct monthly task planning and management using system
• Update chemical and equipment inventory for each site
• Conduct daily briefings with the cleaning crew.
• Monitor crew attendance and notify the Operations Manager and HR of any absenteeism promptly
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly site reports (e.g. CAPA, monthly checklist, etc.) to the Operations Manager
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries, requests, and feedback at the site level
• Escalate client complaints or service issues to the Operations Manager immediately
• Inspect sites regularly for cleanliness standards and carry out self-audits using company checklists
• Ensure all cleaning crew members use the correct PPE at all times
• Monitor and report equipment or supply shortages to the storekeeper via the Operations Assistant
• Enforce company disciplinary standards at site level — escalate serious matters to HR
• For Central and Southern Region Supervisors with a single client: manage the client relationship proactively, ensure high satisfaction, and report any concerns about contract retention to the Operations Manager immediately

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry
• Prior supervisory experience is required
• Basic computer literacy for report submission (WhatsApp, email, or operations system)

• Time management and ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously (Northern Region)

Location: Kulim, Batu Kawan & Ipoh

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising cleaning operations and staff across assigned sites in Kulim, Batu Kawan and Ipoh. The position requires travelling between sites based on operational requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 3 years (Required)
