Events Planner

What You’ll Do

Plan & Organise

• Develop event ideas, schedules and action plans
• Coordinate venues, budgets, materials and logistics
• Manage registrations, guest details and event updates

Work With Partners

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external partners
• Collaborate with marketing to promote upcoming events
• Keep internal teams aligned throughout the planning process

Make It Happen

• Support event setup and manage on-site activities
• Handle last-minute changes and solve issues efficiently
• Gather feedback and identify ways to improve future events

What We’re Looking For

• Students, fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Creative, responsible and attentive to detail
• Comfortable managing several priorities at once
• Able to stay calm and adapt when plans change
• Available for occasional evening or weekend events
• Event, hospitality or project coordination experience is a plus
