Responsibilities
- Program precision machining operations using CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient CNC machining processes
- Design jigs and fixtures tailored for precision machining tasks to enhance production accuracy and repeatability
- Lead and coordinate machinists and operators in daily CNC machinery operations to achieve operational targets and maintain workflow efficiency
- Develop and implement daily productivity and quality improvement plans based on data-driven studies to optimize manufacturing performance
- Manage and execute 5S workplace housekeeping activities to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
