Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Company and Project Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented across all departments and project teams.
Develop, maintain, and control QMS documentation, including Quality Manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
Plan, coordinate, and support internal, external, supplier, and certification audits.
Ensure audit findings are properly documented, addressed, and closed within agreed timelines.
Conduct project, supplier, and vendor quality audits to verify compliance with project and quality requirements.
Lead the management of non-conformances and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support problem-solving activities across the organization.
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
Perform process and project risk assessments and monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, certification bodies, and project teams on quality-related matters.
Promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and QMS management within EPC projects or fabrication yard environments.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing processes, CAPA, and quality management systems.
Experience in conducting internal, supplier, and certification audits.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hanwha Offshore Singapore is a global multi-disciplinary contractor specialising in the engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and onshore pre-commissioning & commissioning of offshore topside modules and facilities for FPSOs (floating production storage and offloading vessels), FSOs (floating storage and offloading vessels), FLNGs (floating liquefied natural gas vessels), and FSRUs (floating storage and regasification units). Tapping on our expertise in offshore topside modules fabrication, we are also able to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for onshore module fabrication for land-based plants for the hydrocarbons industry and piping solutions, with a focus on LNG, green and blue hydrogen and ammonia, and exotic piping construction in carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects.
