Responsibilities
Site Management:
Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate work teams and trade foremen.
Safety Enforcement:
Conduct daily safety inspections, hold toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with workplace safety rules.
Quality Control:
Inspect work to check that it matches blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications.
Resource Coordination:
Track materials, manage equipment delivery, and coordinate subcontractors.
Progress Reporting:
Maintain daily logs, record attendance, and report project updates to project managers.
