Inter Island Hiring! Full Time SMT Technician in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

• Operate, monitor and maintain SMT production equipment and machines.
• Perform machine setup, changeover and parameter adjustment according to production requirements.
• Troubleshoot SMT machine and process-related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of SMT equipment.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on PCB/PCBA defects and identify process abnormalities.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Record machine performance, maintenance activities and production-related information accurately.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve production efficiency and reduce defects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in SMT, PCBA, electronics manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Candidates with relevant SMT Technician experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of SMT machines, PCB assembly processes and production equipment.
• Able to perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
