Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets and maintain service, quality and hygiene standards.

Manage outlet sales, P&L, inventory, food wastage and labour costs.

Lead, train and manage outlet managers and staff, including manpower planning and rostering.

Handle customer complaints and operational issues, ensuring smooth outlet operations.

Work closely with HQ and relevant departments on inventory, logistics and operational matters.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant F&B, café, retail or multi-outlet management experience.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of P&L, inventory and manpower management.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between outlets when required.
