Role Overview
NTT Singapore is looking for an experienced
Technical Project Manager with experience managing enterprise applications, payment systems, financial applications or business-critical digital platforms
.
The role will focus on the
operations, maintenance, enhancement and onboarding of services onto an enterprise payment platform
hosted in an
AWS cloud environment
.
The successful candidate will manage both
project delivery and ongoing application operations
, working closely with Finance, Business Analysts, business users, outsourced vendors and technical teams.
This is a hands-on delivery and application management role covering
production support, enhancements, releases, system integrations, vendor management, cloud delivery and operational governance
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance and support of business-critical enterprise applications and payment/digital platforms.
Manage application warranty and maintenance activities, including defect tracking, incidents, service requests and issue resolution.
Lead the onboarding of new digital/e-services onto the platform, covering planning, requirements, testing, implementation and go-live support.
Manage application enhancement requests from requirements assessment and prioritisation through development, testing and production implementation.
Work closely with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical and delivery work items.
Coordinate
SIT, UAT, defect resolution, implementation, go-live and post-production support
activities.
Manage application releases, production deployments, maintenance activities and system changes in accordance with established governance processes.
Coordinate technical activities involving
APIs, system interfaces and enterprise application integrations
.
Work with technical and DevOps teams supporting applications hosted in
AWS/cloud environments
.
Coordinate delivery activities involving
GitLab, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
.
Manage outsourced vendors and application service providers to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, SLAs, timelines and quality standards.
Track vendor deliverables and drive timely resolution of operational and project issues.
Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to support payment operations, reporting and audit-related requirements.
Track project and operational expenditure, committed spend, contracts, purchase orders and vendor invoices where required.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalation items.
Monitor operational, cybersecurity, data protection and compliance risks and coordinate mitigation activities.
Provide regular management updates covering application operations, project progress, enhancements, releases, risks and issues.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and operational priorities with minimal supervision.
Drive continuous improvement across application operations, service delivery and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
Minimum
5 years of experience
managing enterprise applications, technology projects or digital platforms.
Strong experience managing
business-critical production applications or enterprise platforms
.
Experience managing both
technology project delivery and ongoing application operations/support
.
Good understanding of
incident, problem, change, release and service management
processes.
Experience managing application enhancements, testing, production releases and deployments.
Strong experience managing
outsourced vendors, application maintenance vendors or managed-service providers
.
Experience working closely with Business Analysts, business users, Finance and technical teams.
Understanding of
API integrations, system interfaces and enterprise application ecosystems
.
Experience working with
AWS or other enterprise cloud environments
.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, operational issues and competing priorities.
Good-to-Have Experience
The following experience will be advantageous:
Payment systems, payment gateways or enterprise payment platforms
Financial applications or banking technology platforms
Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) on AWS
GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
SHIP-HATS
or similar secure software delivery/governance frameworks
DevSecOps and secure software delivery practices
Singapore Government or public-sector technology projects
Application maintenance contracts or managed services
Budget, contract, purchase order and expenditure tracking
Cybersecurity, data protection, audit and compliance requirements
Prior experience in Government, public sector, financial systems, payment platforms or regulated environments will be an advantage.

Technical Project Manager who combines strong project delivery capabilities with enterprise application management experience
