Responsibilities

Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update and validate procurement and material master data.
Perform data analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
Identify and resolve data or system-related issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely data setup.
Support BOM reviews, MRP and automated purchase-order processes.
Improve data quality, workflows and process documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Data Analytics, IT, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in data operations, master data, procurement support or reporting.
Strong analytical, logical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, BOM, MRP or manufacturing-related data would be advantageous.
Detail-oriented with good data accuracy and time-management skills.
Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting tools and business systems.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
