Responsibilities

Visual system & brand

• Create and evolve cohesive visuals for campaigns, product pages and packaging that strengthen brand recognition and improve conversion.
• Deliver clear design directions and templates so marketing can reuse assets consistently across channels.

Production & packaging

• Prepare final artwork for ATL and BTL materials and packaging, ensuring dielines, bleed, colour and file specs meet production standards.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to resolve production issues and confirm proofs before mass run.

Collaboration & delivery

• Work closely with marketing, product and client teams to translate briefs into polished designs from concept to final files.
• Manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a consistent visual voice.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Art & Design, Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant design experience, preferably with product, campaign or e-commerce visuals.
• Portfolio showcasing product, packaging, campaign or web work that demonstrates concept-to-artwork follow-through.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Confident use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign for layout and final artwork preparation.
• Practical knowledge of print production, prepress checks, dielines, colour modes and file formats for printers.
• Experience creating web-ready images and assets for online stores, including basic image optimisation and export settings.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage tight timelines and multiple deliverables.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with marketing, production teams and external vendors.
• Comfortable occasionally working with Mandarin-speaking clients; Mandarin ability is a plus but not required.

In this role you'll build and scale our visual identity across ATL and BTL channels, packaging and online stores. Expect hands-on work from concept to final artwork and close coordination with our production and marketing teams.
