We are looking for a creative and proactive Creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. If you are passionate about marketing, social media, content creation, and event coordination, we'd love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marcom and Product Marketing teams
• Coordinate promoter deployment, training schedules, and in-store fixture arrangements with internal teams and third-party agencies
• Liaise with external vendors, printers, media partners, and contractors for the production of marketing materials and press coverage
• Assist in the coordination of marketing events, including venue sourcing, bookings, and on-site event support
• Drive the company's social media presence by creating, curating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms
• Manage social media interactions and maintain the company's websites with the latest product launches, promotions, contests, and corporate updates
• Develop and coordinate EDM content and schedules together with the Marcom team
• Support marketing budget administration by processing invoices, monitoring expenditure, and maintaining accurate tracking records
• Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of planned initiatives
• Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing projects and company events as assigned

Requirements

• Recognized Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience in SEM, SEO, or Mailchimp will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms
• Creative, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented
• A team player with good time management and coordination skills
• Tech-savvy with an interest in the latest digital marketing trends and innovations
