Duties and Responsibilities

a. Handle the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.

b. Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate accounting records.

c. Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

d. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries.

e. Assist with annual audits, tax matters, and financial reporting.

f. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial analysis.

g. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

h. Assist in maintaining employee personnel files and HR records.

i. Support recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents.

j. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.

k. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.

l. Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
