Sunward Pharmaceutical Hiring! Full Time Microbiologist in Johor - Ricebowl

Summary of Job Scope:

Work closely with QC Manager, QA Department and Production in order to aim on the problems that affecting the product including preventation, diagnosis and control of infections as well as ensuring that the products area safe and free from any contamination.

1. Report to Quality Control Manager

2. Routine microbiology laboratory testing and monitoring i.e. Microbial Limit Test (MLT) on finished product raw material, MLT validation and Preservatives Effectiveness Test (PET), Identification of Organisms.

3. Update records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analytical method for Microbiology section.

4. Microbiological monitoring of environment (air sampling), water system and Identification of Organisms.

5. Microbiological monitoring of samples under real time, accelerated and intermediate stability program

6. Maintain the quality of medium and stock culture of microorganisms (bacteria and fungi)

7. Review and evaluation of test report and record is up-to date and accurate.

8. Maintenance of instruments and apparatus in microbiology laboratory.

9. Management of in house calibration program and outsource calibration for Microbiology laboratory instrument.

10. Supervision and training staff in microbiology laboratory.

11. Ensure Good laboratory Practice (GLP) & laboratory safety.

12. Optimization of usage of microbiology laboratory equipment’s.

13. Support in the investigation of product complaints.

14. Involve in internal audit.

15. Performance Qualification (PQ) for new production equipment.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Biology or Microbial sciences.

2. Must be willing to relocate or commute to Kempas,JB

3. Work Experience at least 1 year's
