Join a team supporting training administration, learning data and staff engagement activities. This role offers exposure to course coordination, reporting and the use of digital tools in L&D.

Nearest MRT: Redhill (Central Region)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2.7K – $3.3K /month
Contract Duration: 4 months

Who Can Apply?

• Minimum a diploma holder.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Forms, MS Teams, SharePoint, Kahoot and Mentimeter.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate registrations for mandatory and development programmes, including career fitness, RPA/AI and change management courses.
• Collate learning statistics across different competency areas for management reporting.
• Support the administration and coordination of learning programmes for new hires.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative arrangements for staff engagement activities and events.
• Maintain accurate learning records and support day-to-day L&D administrative tasks.
• Work with digital collaboration tools to support training and engagement activities.
