Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documents
• To assist Project Manager in the pre-contract or post-contract of fast-track projects
• Carry out measurement of construction works based on drawings and site conditions
• Support in the evaluation and comparison of tender submissions
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for cost and contract-related matters
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, payments, and project cost records
• Support senior QS in cost control and project budgeting
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced construction environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
