Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of financial policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls in line with IFRS and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee financial and accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, general ledger, receivables, payables, bank reconciliations, and financial systems.
• Manage enterprise risk, insurance, tax, and VAT compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and timely reporting.
• Lead audit activities by coordinating with internal and external auditors and ensuring audit effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Prepare and present management and Board reports, delivering accurate financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Support investment appraisals, financial due diligence, and strategic exit evaluations for operating assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, driving employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external service providers, regulators, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with information security, quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) policies and applicable regulations.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong leadership experience in finance, accounting, governance, and risk management.
• Expertise in IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, tax, audit, and internal controls.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards, with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
