- Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyse financial data to support decision-making and business operations.
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to efficiency enhancements.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
