Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for employees, management, and visitors when required.
• Keep the pantry, dining area, and related areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure pantry supplies such as beverages, sugar, cups, tissues, and other necessities are sufficiently stocked.
• Monitor pantry supplies and inform the supervisor when items need to be replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry equipment such as water dispensers, coffee machines, microwave ovens, refrigerators, and other related equipment.
• Assist in preparing the meeting room and refreshments for meetings and company functions when required.
• Ensure food and beverages are handled and stored properly.
• Assist with simple office-related tasks when required.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful attitude when assisting employees, management, and visitors.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic communication skills
• Friendly, polite, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Neat and well-presented
• Able to maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Willing to perform simple pantry and office support duties as required
