Lufter Hiring! Full Time Site Safety Supervisor in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

Short term contract : 4 to 6 months

Education and Experience:

• Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Safety and Health or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within the construction industry.
• Safety passport / yellow book holder is required.
• Certifications such as OSHA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Familiar with local legal requirement related to Occupational Safety and Environment.
• Able to execute in MS Office (Eg.; MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, etc), including calendar set-up/arrangement, emails, document attachment, etc
• Able to develop full of progress report and analysis report.
• Able to speak and write in English

Job Descriptions:

• Assist to collaborate with federal and state Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) and Department of Environment.
• Conduct inspection at site regarding HSE issues.
• Assist in safety induction and briefing.
• Assist the Supervisor and/or Project Manager of the project work site to wrote any incident or accident report and take part in the investigation.
• Implementation of all HSE programs that have been planned for the project such as weekly HSE meeting, weekly safety talks, daily tool box talk and other HSE programs to promote HSE awareness among personnel involved in the project.
• Supervise compliance at sites to ensure progress of the project.
• Provide support to Project Team in meeting quality assurance standard.
• Prepare technical reports and ensure systematic documentation.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
