About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales coordinator to join our team on a 1 year contract . In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely support to customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and fulfillment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process material orders received from sales personnel and direct customer contacts.
• Prepare and provide accurate price quotations based on customers' requirements.
• Complete and maintain order documentation and order sheets.
• Coordinate and distribute order sheets to the respective suppliers for fulfillment.
• Accurately enter and maintain order information in the ERP system (Oracle).
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service, sales support, or order processing experience .
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Resourceful team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available to support a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays .
