Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications supporting regional business operations across Asia.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end solutions using ReactJS, HTML and JavaScript.
• Develop scalable backend services and secure REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate microservices and cloud-based solutions to support reliable enterprise applications.
• Work closely with Product, UX, QA, Architecture and DevOps teams throughout the software development and release lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, solution design, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD and secure coding practices to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Diagnose and resolve application, performance and production issues across both frontend and backend components.
• Contribute to application modernization, cloud adoption and improvements in engineering and delivery practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably within an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs and relational databases.
• Experience developing scalable applications using microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Good exposure to Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL and Azure API Management.
• Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile development, DevOps, automated testing, API-first development and modern software architecture.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architecture and distributed systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of secure software development, authentication/authorization, code quality tools and application monitoring.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, including design decisions, requirements, constraints and trade-offs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a regional and multicultural environment
