We are looking for a results-driven Production Executive to join our manufacturing team, helping to drive production efficiency, quality, and safety at our Chemor facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to workflow, operations, and equipment to maximise production efficiency.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and on-time delivery of products.
• Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities within the Production Department.
• Identify and propose improvements to work procedures as needed.
• Coordinate and prepare production-related reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company, production, and safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in the production area.
• Oversee day-to-day production operations, job allocation, workforce motivation, and disciplinary matters.
• Track the status of assigned projects and maintain related documentation.
• Investigate root causes of production issues and implement effective preventive measures.
• Analyse operational data to support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in production operations or manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to plan, organise, and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and sound critical decision-making skills.
• Able to multitask effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
