We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our boutique small animal practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointment bookings and patient registrations.
• Dispense medication and go through post op care instructions with owners
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and nurses to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the reception area organised and welcoming.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience in a veterinary clinic, medical clinic, specialist clinic, dental clinic, or other healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling appointments, phone enquiries, emails, and administrative duties.
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient with basic computer systems. Experience with veterinary practice management software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a good team player.
