Our client is looking for (Mandarin Speaking) Servers to provide excellent guest service in a new entertainment and hospitality venue in Kuala Lumpur. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and candidates with F&B or hospitality experience who enjoy interacting with guests and working as part of a team.

Requirements

• Mandarin speaking ability is required.
• Previous F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates without formal educational qualifications may also be considered.
• Kitchen assistants with relevant experience may also be considered for the role.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests throughout their visit.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating matters to the supervisor when necessary.

Food & Beverage Service

• Take and confirm food and beverage orders accurately.
• Communicate orders clearly with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food, beverages, and additional items promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth service.

Table & Service Area Management

• Clear and reset tables or rooms efficiently after each use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations, utensils, and trays.
• Ensure service areas comply with hygiene and safety standards.

Billing & Events Support

• Handle billing procedures accurately and coordinate with the cashier or receptionist when required.
• Assist with setting up rooms for events, private functions, and special promotions.
• Perform other operational or ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM2,450.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
