Job description：

1. Last mile fleet management;

2. Continuously develop and manage last mile delivery fleets suppliers including delivery service providers, freelancers, regional partners etc.,

3. Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Lat Mile operations functions, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals, analysis and forecasting

4. Set up and implement last mile operations process and SOPs to realize expected quality and performance;

5. Train to fleet and drivers.

Job requirements：

1. >5 years proven work experience in logistics industry with last Mile delivery Experience;

2. Fluent in English, Mandarin will be preffered.

3. Sense of data and structured thinking.

4. Initiative, drive for result, and resilience.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Open to intercultural working environment.
