Job Summary

Lead and manage scuba diving programs across Southeast Asia, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence while inspiring marine education and conservation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver safe, high-quality PADI dive programs to diverse participants
• Manage dive logistics, including equipment maintenance and instructor scheduling, to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate client bookings and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and support dive instructors to maintain high instructional standards
• Monitor and control operational costs to support efficient program delivery
• Uphold PADI safety standards and adhere to OrcaNation’s operational procedures
• Travel regionally to support school and expedition dive programs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification or higher

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage dive teams and operations
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage clients and staff professionally
• Possess experience managing dive operations and logistics for program success
• Willingness to travel for school and expedition programs
