Role Overview
Looking for a System Engineer to support enterprise backup and recovery solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, manage backup operations, and ensure system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot backup, recovery, software, hardware, network & application issues
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
• Monitor backup operations, disaster recovery & storage utilization
• Perform troubleshooting, RCA and escalate product/software issues
• Document technical cases, procedures and resolutions
• Support product testing, labs and beta initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on complex issues
• Provide customer support via phone, email and online platforms
Must-Have Skills
Fluent Mandarin – Mandatory
Operating Systems fundamentals
Networking & technical troubleshooting
Backup & Recovery concepts
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Customer-facing technical support experience
Enterprise IT support experience is an advantage
