Job Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service. We are seeking a customer-focused professional to handle inquiries, resolve service issues, process client requests, and deliver exceptional service experiences. You will play a vital role as the main point of contact for external clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or ticketing systems in a professional and timely manner.

Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.

Maintain accurate customer interaction records, logs, or/and ticket updates in database.

Assist customers with product/service information, account management, transaction status, and platform navigation.

Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on open customer service requests and ensure timely resolution.

Gather customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and report common issues to management.

Perform other administrative and customer service support duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification in related discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn necessary software.

Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills with a positive, customer-oriented mindset.

Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and de-escalation abilities.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively as a strong team player.

Adaptable and capable of handling high query volumes in a fast-paced environment.
