Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Document & Records Management: Manage the full cycle of project documentation, including contracts, drawings, subcontractor files, and regulatory approvals. Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of all project-related records.
HR & Work Pass Administration: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers. Maintain employee attendance records, leave management, and personnel files.
Project Coordination Support: Assist project managers in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on administrative matters.
Procurement & Financial Administration: Process purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices. Monitor office and site supplies inventory.
Requirements:
Highly organised, able to work independently in a fast-paced construction office environment, strong attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
