Transport Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle transport sales enquiries and coordinate customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on transport quotations and bookings.
• Receive and process customer transport bookings in the Company's ERP system.
• Ensure booking details are accurately entered into the ERP system.
• Coordinate internally with the Transport Operations, other Dept CS and relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of transport services.
• Follow up on booking status and provide updates to customers where required.
• Liaise with customers regarding transport arrangements, schedules and operational requirements.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the Manager.
