We are a fast-moving F&B distributor that runs on a simple philosophy: speed over perfection. We don’t want people who suffer from "analysis paralysis" or spend weeks trying to craft the perfect strategy deck. We want a doer. If you prefer to launch a campaign, fail quickly, figure out why, and launch a better version the next day, you will fit right in.

The Role

You will be responsible for getting the right content in front of the right consumer at the lowest cost & highest impact. We have divided this role into four areas, but your time will be spent almost entirely in the first two:

• Execution (80% of your time): This is the core of the job. Build the campaigns, set up the tracking, write the copy, and hit launch. Don't wait for perfect conditions. Get it live, see how the market reacts, and test aggressively.
• Maintenance & Optimisation (15% of your time): Watch the daily ad spend like a hawk. Kill the losing ads immediately and scale the winners. We expect you to constantly tweak audiences, copy, and landing pages to push our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) down.
• Planning (Minimal): No 20-page strategy documents. Give us a 3-bullet hypothesis on a Monday and have the test running by Tuesday.
• Reporting (Zero Fluff): We don't need fancy, hours-long presentations. Just give us the raw facts: what we spent, what we made, what failed, and what you are launching next to fix it.

• You are a relentless doer: You roll up your sleeves and set up the campaigns yourself in the ad managers and automation tools.
• You fail fast and learn faster: You aren't afraid of a campaign bombing, as long as you pull the data and immediately pivot to something that works.
• You speak in plain terms: You leave the corporate marketing buzzwords at the door.
• You treat ad spend as an investment with expected returns: You know that high lead volume is useless if the cost to acquire them eats our margins.

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Efficiency Bonus

Your bonus is tied directly to how efficiently you spend. The lower you keep our CAC while hitting targets, and the more budget you save us while getting results, the higher your payout. We don't just pay you a flat rate to burn through our budget.
